All custom, made to order, and print on demand, sales are final. NO exchanges or refunds.

  • Please be sure of your purchase, as all orders are processed immediately and cancellations are not possible.
  • If you want to return your item for a refund you may do so within 14 days. For personalized items due to their custom nature, we cannot accept returns or replacement.

We do not refund shipping costs. Return shipping is to be paid by the Buyer.

  • Note: We will not refund or replace returned items without labels/tags and the original packaging. Clothing should be in perfect condition (no wear and tear, wrinkles, stains, or smell).
  • Product specification error made by buyer (e.g. size, color, design etc.) is ineligible for refund, however we may offer to exchange with similar product or a different product with same store price in case of unavailability.
  • We do NOT supply return shipping labels.
  • You are responsible for shipping the item back to us including a Tracking#.
  • We do not pay for return shipping.
  • All returned orders are subject to a restocking fee of 20%.
  • If too many items are returned (5 or more items) extra charges may apply.
  • Any order refused upon delivery, are charged the full delivery and 25% restocking fee. This is non negotiable.

*Hosiery, Underwear, and all Seasonal Items are final sales.
All undergarments are non returnable/refundable.

Due to health issues certain items are exempt from our return policy.

Please note that orders placed during give-away promotions may only be returned for store credit or exchanged.
Orders which received give-away items may not be returned for refunds if that means the minimum dollar amount for the giveaway will no longer be met.
Promotions for giveaways include any and all give-away specials.

Do you offer free returns?

Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns. Any returns costs will be at your own expense.

How long does it take to process my return?

We aim to process your return as soon as possible, but on occasions it may take up to 21 days for your refund to be processed after you have returned your item(s) to us. If you have not been refunded after 30 days of returning the item(s), please contact us at contact@eyoga.shop.com with the proof of postage information from your return carrier receipt and we will investigate this further.

How can I track the status of my return?

As soon as your return has been received by our warehouse team you will receive an email notification. You will then also receive an email from us to say your refund has been processed. Please note it can take 3-5 working days for the payment to show in your account, depending on the card issuer.
